Stand by Stevie: Medical Bills Relief

Hello. My name is Stephen Heath, aka Stevie. I have been disabled since birth and have had numerous surgeries. Recently, I have been battling resistant infections that have put me in and out of the hospital. On top of that, I was in a serious car accident on April 16th that completely flipped my life upside down. I have never been one to beg, but with the loss of work and medical bills, I am at the brink of losing everything. I have applied for state aid, but I am on a waiting list. I am so afraid of losing everything. So if anyone could contribute anything, that would be amazing. And if you can’t, I will understand. But I know that if I don’t ask for help, I am going to lose everything. I have never been one to give up, but I do not have the health or energy to do it myself anymore. I recently had surgery on my bladder, leaving me with a suprapubic catheter and urine bag for the rest of my life. This will also increase my medical bills because most of the supplies aren’t covered by insurance.
