Stand with Altadena: Rebuild and Restore
Donation protected
Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,
The Eaton Canyon wildfires have left our beloved Altadena community in a state of devastation. Homes have been destroyed, families have been displaced, and the landscape we once cherished is now scarred by flames. The impact on our community has been profound, and the road to recovery will be very long and challenging.
I have found solace in the belief that making a positive impact in my community will aid in my grieving process. Your support—through prayers, kind words, or donations—means the world to me. As one of the blessed families whose home still stands, I feel a deep responsibility to help our neighbors and friends who were not as fortunate. I may not have a home for a while, and realize this will be an emotional and painful journey. I am uncertain about what the future holds or where life will take me next. However, I hold onto the faith that God has been my protector, and His grace will continue to guide me. Your contributions will not only assist me in finding stability but also empower me to give back to my community, fostering a cycle of hope and healing.
Thank you for being a part of my journey. Your support and prayers are a beacon of light in my path to recovery. Together, we can help Altadena rise from the ashes and rebuild stronger than ever.
With much gratitude and many thanks for your prayers!
Love,
Millie
