Stand with Amy's Family in Difficult Times

Hi, my name is Marci, and I am a close friend to Amy Williams and her family. I met Amy at church around 4 years ago. She is a very giving and loving person. Amy is a widow and a mother of 4. Amy's husband Johnny suddenly passed away from a heart attack on 6/28/2022. Johnny was the sole provider for his family. Her mother-in-law was diagnosed with cancer 2 weeks later. She has now become the caretaker for her mother-in-law. She has continued to strive to make the best out of her situation. Amy has had yet another hardship come her way and not by choice. She went out of town on May 9th to care for her mother and while there her home was broken into. Her late husband passed down several irreplaceable comic books. These were for their son Makari who is 4 years old. These were a 4th generation collection of comic books. Amy made a police report. Unfortunately, the insurance didn't cover the loss and the value of these don't have a price tag. I'm praying and hopeful that the money raised will help them to recover the comic books and show them that they have a real community in all of us.
