Stand with Andrew and Yasmin in Tough Times

My name is Nancy and I’m fundraising on behalf of my son Andrew and his wife.

Recently Yasmin was hospitalized for 10 days, following an emergency, lifesaving surgery to repair a ruptured colon, and clean her abdominal cavity of the infection it caused.

She is at home now recuperating, but won’t be able to return to work until July. Because she was so fragile after the surgery (7 incisions and a drain), Andrew stayed at the hospital to help care for her.

Disability has not been approved yet, and Andrew didn’t have enough PTO to cover his work absence. That’s on top of the $3,000 deductible for their insurance.
