Stand with Angelica for Her Daughter's Return

Hello , as some of you may know my name is Angelica. I am a mother of 3. 2 living as my oldest passed away due to holes in his lungs from being premature. My oldest living daughter Aliana resides with my adopted parents but they are not making life easy. December of 2017 I gave them temporary custody on the grounds of getting her back once I was stable in life , fast forward to years after the fact I have only had 2 unsupervised visits with & only a handful of supervised visits in which they were referring to themselves as her mother & father. Last September 2023 I filed to take back my temporary custody as I am sober , completed anger management, parenting & substance abuse & alcohol classes ( all on my own doing ) as well as passing hair follicle tests & UA tests. After they were served, I only saw my daughter one other time. December 24th 2023 was the last time I’ve laid eyes on my child. I have been able to retain a great attorney to represent me on that case that was reopened but they have now filed a petition to terminate my parental rights as well as adopt my child on false claims. Since the cases are separate I now have to pay another retainer fee to have representation on that case. I am going out on a limb by asking for help as I usually do most of everything myself. I have changed my entire life around & believe that both of my children deserve a relationship ( as they are not encouraging that either ) I will do whatever it takes to have my baby home even if that means asking for some help. I work full time as well as go to school and also take care of my toddler . The state that my daughter is in physically & mentally is not okay. Without going into detail too much she needs reunification therapy as well as physiologically therapy. I’m sure she will come with no clothing to my house when I win this case or anything else . I also forgot to mention how they put me on child support , which also affects my credit & or finding better housing or retaining a driver license because I was not served with papers for it , for 4 years making the arrears 15k behind. I am actively having it garnished out of my paychecks !!

edit to say : they are trying to get my child due ti grounds of “ abandonment “ however I have thousands of texts , emails & messages on social media begging to see her as well as actively paying child support. Most of the time I don’t even get a response & when I do , any visit I thought was set in motion is canceled. I’m distraught as her birthday is also tomorrow. I always have a bedroom for her at any house I move to as well as gifts I was not allowed to give her such as her Easter basket this year still wrapped up tight in my storage closet.
