Stand with Anthony in His Healing Journey

Hey guys. My name's Anthony and I was in a pretty serious motorcycle accident that almost cost me my life on 5/9/24 in Haltom City, TX. It was a mechanical malfunction that caused my throttle to stick and I hit a dip in the road, sending me into a death wobble I couldn't recover from. I suffered moderate injuries; broken right leg in multiple places requiring plates and an ankle fusion, and multiple fingers broken along with a partial amputation of my left pinkie. Doctors are predicting that due to my injuries, I will be out of work for at minimum a year. So far, due to the accident, my hospital bills have exceeded 180k and is expected to go up til i have no need to return to the hospital. I've applied for disability, but I've since been informed by them that it can take up to two years for approval.

Being out of work for the last two months have drained my funds dealing with medical supplies and necessities to keep me afloat. My wife's been a trooper holding down the fort as financially as possible, but with no income from my side, we're beginning to struggle. I wouldn't have made it this far without her. I'm not asking for much, just enough to get me by. I'm not one to ask for help so making this almost feels embarrassing to me. Thank you for taking the time to read this and every little bit helps.

***Update***

After almost 5 months of being down and stuck in a bed, wheel chair, or knee scooter, I have been given the ok to start walking again and soon I'll be able to start physical therapy. I really hate to ask for more help, but I need it to help cover therapy costs. I just need enough to cover a few months worth so I can get on the right path to recovery.
