Stand with Audrey Good: A Journey to Recovery

Donation protected
On December 31, Audrey Good was in a horrible car accident. This beautiful young woman, pictured here on the right next to her mom, Salina, and her brother Kash - is beginning the prime of her life. She is currently fighting in the hospital with a traumatic brain injury. She is surrounded by her family with an unwavering faith in God and His healing hand.

As her grandmother Jewel just stated, traumatic brain injuries are a very, very long recovery. And this is all of our prayer - healing and complete recovery. The family's mantra for Audrey comes from Isaiah 41:10: "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

During this time, her mom Salina and other family need to be by her side. We cannot imagine the expense, but the goal is to help take some of the stress of those expenses away. If you are able, please donate here. 100 percent of these funds will be given to Salina for her use as needed for expenses, medical bills - whatever the family needs. If you are unable to give funds, please post a prayer for the family.

I will post updates shared publicly by the family on social media. Again, please give in love and prayer.

Note: GoFundMe will auto select a “tip” amount for their services. Be sure to adjust this amount as the default may be a certain percentage. You can also “tip” nothing.

Update from the family today: “Day 4: Another day comes to a close and we continue to rejoice in Gods faithfulness and still cling to Isaiah 41:10.

Today Audrey had MRI. Which will help give her medical team a better idea of what we are dealing with. We’ve been praying for positive news. Will share more once we have information. Just know that she continues to hold steady. Drainage tube removed and we count this as a great day in the process.

Please continue your prayers asking for Divine healing and know that we don’t take for granted one single prayer.

We are also so very grateful for all forms of support and encouragement received

Believe me when I say we are completely awestruck, not only in how the Lord is working but how so many have stepped out to encourage and support.

Don’t get me wrong this is very very hard and we are leaning on you all to help us through your prayers and emotional support.” - Jewel

Update from the family: “Day 5:

Isaiah 40:31 says, “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint”.

This scripture was shared by a good friend that clung onto this scripture in the midst of his on health battles. Thank you J!

We are waiting on the Lord! Not much changed since yesterday. Except we and the nurses feel like she reacts to our touch and the sound of our voices and it seems to calm her. Any small thing we are clinging to as positives.

So we continue to beseech you for continued prayers.

We are clinging to the righteous right hand of God. Isaiah 41:10.

Audrey Good’s mantra. Open your Bible and read it in its entirety. Love you all!”
