Stand with Avery's Family in Their Dark Hour
Donation protected
The loss of a child is the most difficult reality to live in, and the hardest thing a parent will face in this life. On Friday 6/21/24 the family of Avery Green lost something immeasurable when she passed away. Avery's absence will be felt across our community, and the days will be more dim without her bright smile, that is for certain. Breanna and lan, along with their 3 other daughters Rilynn, Willow, and Carter need our support to get through this tragic time. I have seen what this small community can do for our people when they need help getting through unimaginable grief.
Avery will be remembered for her laugh, her willingness to befriend the new kid, and as a wonderful big sister. She loved dinosaurs, video games with her friends, and learning skateboarding. She was a professional backyard chicken wrangler and gave delightful hugs. Avery had heart of gold, and a protector's soul. She was always willing to stand up for other's without hesitation. She was fierce, beautiful, and kind. To say she will be missed is an understatement of epic proportions.
Any help to lay Avery to rest is greatly appreciated, all prayers are felt by the family and have been a blessing. Let's do what Olney does, and show up for a family that needs our love.
The mental health crisis young people face is real, and not talked about nearly enough. Please talk with your loved ones, and if you are in need of help you can call or text 988 to speak with a trained crisis Counselor.
