My wife died during Heart surgery.

My wife Marci has been anticipating heart surgery for many years. She has an Aortic valve that does not fully open and the doctors said it is time for it to be replaced. Her surgery is on June 24th. Unfortunately a few days a ago she broke 5 bones in her foot and is unable to work. I have also been dealing with and unknown nerve condition and I am also unable to be gainfully employed. I am in the middle of legal action against my disability insurance company and I do not know how long this will last and I have nothing to support myself with besides withdrawing from my 401 K and incurring massive tax penalties.
