Stand with Christopher's Family in Crisis

My name is Antonia Stadler, I am Christopher Behnke’s little sister. I am doing everything in my power to make the best decisions for Christopher in this tragic time. Christopher’s family is raising funds for Christopher, and whatever the next steps and/or plans we are going to have to make after this traumatic experience he’s gone through. On June 11th, Chris was in Minneapolis near Loring Park when a “so called” drive by occurred and was struck by a bullet in the head while in his vehicle. His dog also was hit, before hitting Chris. Loki “his dog” is alive and well. Loki, has lost an eye and got through surgery due to this bullet. This may be why Chris is still alive and fighting for his life right now. We are looking further into what happened with Chris and who have created this tragic moment. The suspect is still at large and we are unsure of the circumstances. If anyone has any information on this, be sure to reach out to the authorities please. We need to find who have done this horrific crime to my brother. Christopher is a strong, loving, compassionate, humorous, and loyal man. I could go on and on about how wonderful my brother is. His heart is full of love for his children, Garrett, Dominick, Lyrix, and his many other loved ones. He has so many people who care and love his silly personality and beautiful soul.
 

Chris has now been in the hospital for almost 2 weeks, sadly without any major changes. We are having to raise funds for Christopher and the next steps that will be needed to make with him. This Thursday, June 27th, holds the most important decision in our lives on deciding what will happen with Chris and what the future may hold. I’m praying a miracle happens between now and Thursday. The reality of all this is, we have to prepare for whatever his outcome is, and how we will fund the decision we have to make. If you would like to help bless the family in this tragic time we would greatly appreciate each and every blessing even the smallest blessing will help. We will be using the funds towards doctor bills, and arrangements needed due to his outcome. Whether it’s providing care, if he gets through this or funeral and memorial arrangements if he doesn’t. My family’s faith is strong and we are hoping for God to rest his hands on Christopher. Blessing him with the miracle of a new life and our prayers to all be answered. All we can do is pray for a positive outcome.
