Stand with Danielle in Her Health Journey

Hello, my name is Chelsea. My sister Danielle, has been having ongoing medical issues for months without any answers. Finally, after advocating for herself her doctor finally sent her to a hematologist after her labs were once again out of whack. My sister had a bone marrow biopsy on March 30. Two weeks after that her hematologist at the time, Irman Idrees, told her that the biopsy looked fine, follow up in July. Which we knew her biopsy in fact did not look fine! Two months later her symptoms are not improving and now they’re getting worse. She followed up with her hematologist again and thankfully he was on vacation, and a different doctor just so happened to read over her chart called her in for stat blood work and another bone marrow biopsy that he would do himself in office! Labs are once again worse than they were two months ago. My sister is severely neutropenic and is currently not aloud to work until further notice. She is casual at her job so she can make her own schedule and has no benefits therefore she doesn’t qualify for Fmla or short term disability at this time. After receiving some results of her second biopsy they’re referring her to an oncologist in Pittsburgh where they will diagnose her and start a treatment plan at the end of June. My sister has worked since she was able to, she has always provided for her family! She also loves her residents and her job and this it self is taking a huge tool on her mental health. I am asking that you can please donate, as my family would do for you! I will update as soon as we know anymore. My sister is not one to ask for help, she has been a single mom raising 3 boys most of their lives. I am trying to ease the stress off of her by helping her get ahead on some bills. Thank you.
