Support David Long in His Healing Journey

on July 1, 2024, David Long was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street near Wing Shack in Mountain View, AR. He was taken by ambulance to Stone County WRMC, then airlifted to USMS where he underwent surgery for a cervical injury. Unfortunately the spinal cord is severed and prognosis is guarded whether he will walk again.

Not only is this a life changing experience but his home will need to be renovated to accommodate his new needs and much will be required for him to be able to live at home again.

He will require further medical treatment and has a lengthy recovery ahead of him.

David is a single father with one teenage son, Aleck, living with him. He has been a lifelong Stone County resident. He is the father of most of my children and although we divorced many years ago, we have remained friends.

I am setting this up for him and the kids (Jaimee Clark and Aleck Long) to help with extra expenses that will be upcoming. Please contribute what you can and keep him in your prayers.
