Stand with Espino Family in Their Time of Need

I’m Gilberto Espino Jr., son of Gilberto Sr. (Papi). I’m the older brother of my two sisters, Rosalia and Marisol Espino, and uncle to Hannah, Jordan, Emarie, and Lorenzo. All of them still lived at 2780 Olive Ave, Altadena, a house that held so many great memories for our family and friends for so many years.

While I am in Texas now, my family still lived in that house up to the terrifying moment of needing to get to safety.

They made it out safe! However, the house and everything in it is lost. Tears roll down my cheek while writing this, but the Espino family needs help.

Uncertainty lies ahead for our family and community. I am confident the human spirit will prevail and we can get our lives and the Altadena community back on its feet.
