Hello, my name is Godfrey Jarrett, and I truly appreciate you taking a moment to read my story. I am a seasonal worker from Jamaica here in the United States and unexpectedly had to undergo a surgery to fix the valve in my heart.

I am currently out of work, do not have health insurance and had no means to pay my bills and support my family back home in Jamaica because of the recovery time needed to fully heal.
