Stand with Hoopes Vineyard and the Oasis Animal Sanctuary in their ongoing battle to preserve their rights, legacy, and important contributions to the Napa Valley community. Hoopes Vineyards has been operating for over 40 years, providing Napa Valley residents and visitors alike with a unique and cherished experience. 

The winery operates lawfully under state and federal regulations and continues to enrich our community. In addition, the Oasis Animal Sanctuary provides a safe haven for rescued farm animals and regenerative farming.

Despite these vital contributions, Hoopes Vineyard and the Oasis Animal Sanctuary are facing unjust enforcement actions from Napa County, threatening the livelihood of this family-owned business and their ability to continue these meaningful operations.

We urge Napa County officials to support Hoopes Vineyard and the Oasis Animal Sanctuary by allowing them to continue their lawful operations and the pre-existing rights afforded to them. We further urge Napa County Officials to create legislation and take measures to protect these historic, lawfully conforming wineries. Their contributions to our community are invaluable, and their rights must be upheld.
