Stand with "Jane" in Her Time of Need

I am posting this as a heartfelt plea for support for a truly remarkable woman. For the past several years, Jane* has faced significant hardships with grace and resilience. Unfortunately, her strength was put to the ultimate test last week when an unknown person broke into her home and sexually assaulted her. This awful event has left her not only traumatized but has also left her in severe financial distress as she has been forced to miss work to heal both physically and emotionally. Jane, an elderly woman, works strenuously to make ends meet each month. While amazing local resources are offering aid, the costs associated with her recovery have placed an enormous strain on her already limited resources.

Jane, who has spent the majority of her life in Bryan College Station, knows the heart behind our incredible community. Let’s rally around her during this challenging time to help her find stability and comfort as she navigates through this difficult period. Our goal is to raise $1,000 to alleviate the financial burden of missing work.
