Stand with Jason Harpe in His Legal Battle with Divorce
My name is Jason Harpe, a 39-year-old residing in Valdosta, GA. A few years ago, I married a woman, but unfortunately, it didn't work out. Before we started dating, I inherited some money, a home, and two cars from my parents. Being a good Christian, I allowed her just as much right to everything as me, putting her name on all titles. Now, we're getting a divorce.
Unbeknownst to me, she withdrew all $88,000 from our bank account, closed it, and opened her own account with my money. She also filed a restraining order, forcing me to leave. I'm now in a situation where I'm experiencing homelessness, with no means of moving forward, despite owning a house and two cars in my name. It just doesn't add up.
I'm asking for help to hire a lawyer to fight for what's rightfully mine. All donations will be used to obtain a lawyer. Nothing more. If I don't, I walk away with nothing. I've been crying for weeks, asking God daily what to do. She has a lawyer, funded by my money, while I have nothing. This situation has taught me a bitter lesson about caring for the other person's feelings.
I don't have any family, except for one brother who lives out of state, so I have no one to turn to. I'm pleading for anyone to help me. Thank you and God bless. timeframe is about 2 maybe 3 weeks
