Terry has NOT submitted his disclosures, so we need to proceed with further action. Unfortunately, I received another surprise: Terry's actions have left us with over $40,000 in debt with the IRS.

I need assistance to ensure that the lawyer continues to represent me and that Terry doesn't leave me with his gambling debt.

I am also hopeful that Terry will have to pay at least half of the lawyer's fees.
