Stand with Kaylen in Her Custody Battle

Hi, My Name is Claire and I am fundraising for my dear friend's daughter, Kaylen and grandson Baby Eric. In September of 2023 baby Eric's paternal grandmother filed an erroneous lawsuit to take custody of Eric. She told untruths about Kaylen and painted her to be an unfit mother when nothing could be further from the truth! Kaylen is a nursing student and the most loving and caring young mother, daughter, big sister, and granddaughter!

Kaylen and her family have had to take on a good amount of debt in order to mount a defense to win Eric back, and thank God and excellent legal counsel, Eric was returned to Kaylen in April 2024! However, the fight is not over! Baby Eric's paternal grandmother is continuing to involve the court system in an effort to further disrupt Kaylen and Eric's life.

As I stated, this loving family has taken on substantial debt to win this fight and they will continue to incur more expenses until this matter is settled once and for all.
