Stand with Kristine in Her Fight Against Cancer

If you know Kristine, then I have no doubt you love her and you know what a strong and courageous woman she is, the best mother, wife and friend.

In August, after months of doctors visits and testing, Kristine was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis. Shortly after during more testing, a tumor was found that has spread to Kristine's lungs. Kristine was referred to Duke Cancer Center after her local hospital decided that her case was too complex for her.

After further testing, Kristine has been diagnosed with Cancer and must undergo a minimum of 6 months of chemotherapy before surgery is an option.

Kristine and James provide for their family through their small business. Medical bills are already piling up and Kristine is forced to step back from her day to day responsibilities of running her boutique. She will be traveling back and forth to Duke (nearly 4 hours each way) and will need help flying her mom and family in for support during this journey.

We are hoping to raise money so that Kristine can put her energy and focus into the long fight and battle she has ahead of her, put the money toward her medical bills and spend time with her family.
