Stand With Laurie in Her Battle Against Leukemia

Hi, my name is Sharon and I am fundraising for the amazing Laurie Gray as she starts the fight for her life. Laurie was just diagnosed with acute leukemia and is being admitted to the hospital Monday April 22 for a month of intensive chemotherapy before a stem cell transplant. Most of us know Laurie as the hardworking Canadian admin who has a smile for all of us at dock dog events. She also has a full time job as a mental health professional, helping others daily! Laurie is such an amazing person who gives her all for everyone else, and this is going to be a huge hardship for her - I would love to be able to help take some of the burden off her shoulders, so she doesn't have to worry!

I'm hoping that my dockdogs community can step up and help Laurie get through this ! As she will be out of work for a long perior of time, any donations will be used to pay her household bills and to help take care of Midgey and Astro! We are all family and friends dont let friends fight leukemia alone! Let's come together to help Laurie see how much she means to all of us!
