Stand with Maai Mahiu: Urgent Support Needed

We are saddened to inform you that a dam breach occurred in Maai Mahiu, which is Ubuntu's hometown. This incident has had an extremely devastating impact on the community, resulting in the loss of at least 71 lives, with the possibility of more casualties yet to be confirmed. The situation is dire and requires urgent attention.

As leaders, it is our responsibility to raise awareness and mobilize our community to stand with our brothers and sisters in their time of need. Let us embody the spirit of Ubuntu – our shared humanity, compassion, and collective responsibility to support one another, especially in times of crisis.
