Our hearts are shattered by the tragic and preventable death of our beloved friend, Mark Anthony Bobacher, while in the custody of Maricopa County Jail. He was one of a kind; he would lighten up any room he walked into. Mark made friends with everyone he met, and he loved to make people laugh.

Mark's death was not an accident. It was a direct result of negligence within the Maricopa County Jail system. He deserved better.
