**Urgent Community Support Needed for Dad's Bile Duct Cancer Battle**

My father, Marty, a kind-hearted and loving individual, has recently been diagnosed with aggressive form bile duct cancer. This devastating news has turned our world upside down, and we are reaching out to our community and friends for support during this difficult time.

Dad has always been the rock of our family, providing love, care, advice, bad dad jokes, and guidance to those around him. He is more than just a father; he is a friend, a mentor, and a pillar of strength. Dad recently found out he has cancer of his Bile Duct earlier this past Spring and upon learning the news I immediately started research on this cancer and the results are pretty devastating to say the least. It's been the hardest pill I've had to swallow because imagining our lives without him is something I've never thought about until now.

The road for Dad's survival has been long and arduous, filled with numerous doctor's appointments, surgeries, and rounds of chemotherapy. The medical expenses are already piling up, and we are worried about how he will keep up with the mounting bills on a limited income. What makes life so much more difficult is the fact Mom is now in a nursing home since last fall due to numerous TIAs and a stroke. It's been extremely hard for me to financially support not only myself and my daughter, but our father as well. That's where you come in – our dear friends, family, and community.
