Stand with Michael Against Corporate Intimidation

I am definitely not an "Elite" like claims he is, and for this reason, it seems he thinks he can scare me into silence and prevent me from presenting evidence I have found against him.

I am a retail shareholder after seeing some abnormalities worth investigating in the mechanics of how the stock market works, have become somewhat of a citizen journalist in order to present the evidence I have found. Out of all the people that have noticed questionable things is doing, he targeted me because he knows I don't have the same financial resources as him. He threatened to bankrupt me.

I have tried to be factual about what I present. The major point in his cease and desist letter to me was about connection to the Epstein. himself even confirmed that Fekkai, who I pointed out was on the Epstein flight list and associated to Epstein in many other ways, was not only his client but admitted that he was also his close friend. This is a consistent theme where I point out fact, for example that was his client, and pose the open question whether there could be more, and in this case, and likely others, there is more! It seems that does not want me finding more and is trying to scare me. He is even resulting to what could be illegal behavior to do do it.

lawyer not only misrepresented himself as working on behalf of, but referred to as “ company.” This is more evidence of what appears to be an alarming pattern, is how doesn’t acknowledge that shareholders are the owners of the company, and countless retail shareholders from various communities such as AMC, GameStop, Bed Bath and Beyond, MMLTP and many others have been personally harassed by Doug. He does it in such a vile way that I don’t know how Virtu Financial or The Florida Panthers aren’t embarrassed to have him represent them. His own words speak for themselves.

And yet he claims that I am ruining his reputation?

Here is his cease and desist letter claiming that I am.

It has come to my attention that you—under the X handle Michael A.M.E.—have been making defamatory remarks about this firm’s client. Specifically, you have falsely stated on several occasions that is somehow “connected” to Epstein (see 7/17/24 post) and “has a very specific niche in the Epstein Empire” (see 5/30/24 post), as well as that has been “stealing” from his company’s shareholders (see 5/31/24 post). These deliberate false statements—which are defamatory per se—have damaged and his professional reputation. See Chiavarelli v. Williams, 681 N.Y.S.2d 276, 277 (N.Y. App. Div. 1998).

We demand that you immediately cease making such false statements about or we will hold you fully responsible for those injuries to professional reputation.

We also demand that you preserve for evidentiary use all notes, memoranda, video and audio tapes, research or reference materials of any kind If any such materials prove to be unavailable, we will ask the finder of fact to draw an adverse inference and seek other relief against you.

This letter is without waiver of the rights of to seek all available relief for the injury that you already have caused.

I know I am not the only one who has been attacked by , and I am sure if there aren't others who he has tried to silence, there will be. It might be a long fight, but feel a duty to my country and shareholders around the world to keep exposing the questionable things market makers seem to be doing. The Securities and Exchange commission have seen questionable things, and have even convicted them of criminal behavior, including a current SEC case against , but those typically just result in the equivalent of a speeding ticket fine, which doesn't even go to the victims of the crime but to the SEC. In order to be meaningful change, we can't stop exposing the truth. I am just one of many people, and whatever money I raise will go to lawyer fees in this fight and to protect myself, and to financially support other citizen journalist working to make a more fair and transparent market.
