Stand with Michael in His Medical Fight

My name is Michael Cornett. I am reaching out to you all with a heavy heart. I've recently been faced with unexpected medical challenges that have turned my life upside down. In 2012, I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease, and in January 2024, I was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease (Kidney Failure) and was placed on home dialysis (Peritoneal Dialysis). Unfortunately, dialysis is only a temporary fix until I can qualify for a kidney transplant. Waiting for a transplant could take many, many years, and even after the transplant, the fight doesn't stop. These medical issues have required ongoing treatments, a surgery, and monthly doctor visits, and unfortunately, I am struggling to keep up with all my bills.

As a result, I am reaching out to the community for any help. The financial burden of medical expenses has made it very difficult to make ends meet. On top of my own medical expenses, I am facing difficulty with daily living expenses, such as utilities, groceries, and financial debt.

I never imagined I'd be in a position to ask for help, but this situation has become overwhelming. If you are able, any contribution—no matter the amount—would go directly toward paying for:
