- Cyst removal selfie- happy for pain relief!

- After first cancer scare and biopsy

- After 5 hour surgery and 5 biopsies with no answer. Now it has been confirmed
- Miriah had searched for help for her aching abdominal pain for almost 2 years. Whether it was Dr neglect due to her age, or misdiagnosis, she was diagnosed with digestive issues. We finally met a doctor who took particular interest in her pain and recommended her seeing an OBGYN. After a CT scan, we were given a “bilateral cyst” diagnosis. Once the surgery was scheduled to remove the cysts , he made 5 incisions to remove the cysts. Once he discovered what looks like cancer, we were referred to an oncologist, and now after a 2nd opinion it was confirmed to be stage 4 Ovarian Cancer.
- Cancer was not discovered in 2 previous biopsies, causing them to cut her more and now the cancer has spread to the old and new incisions.
- After chemotherapy, a major and complicated surgery will be required. My wife will require assistance in her long journey of recovery.
- We are devastated. My heart aches for her. Not only will we not be able to have children, but the immense physical toll this will take on her body.
- OUR WILL IS STRONG
- Anything donated will be going to medical bills, hotel stays, and any bills associated with the required leave to support my wife and to beat this terrible disease. We don’t expect anything, but we are grateful for everything.
