Stand with Napa Wineries for Constitutional Rights

We need your help to protect small family wineries in the Napa Valley!
For decades small family vineyards and wineries have dotted the Napa Valley landscape, inviting visitors to stop in, walk among the vines, play with the vineyard dogs, all while tasting the newest vintages of wine from our cellars. Farming and agriculture are our lifeline, and Napa County is taking that away.
Napa County's gross regulatory overreach is making it impossible to survive as small family wineries without large financial backing.
Several Napa small, family owned wineries are suing Napa County in federal court in San Francisco to address long standing violations of constitutional rights. The claims brought by the wineries are detailed and far reaching. They explain:
"We see this step, of protecting our constitutional rights by going to federal court, as our only way to insure fairness in how we are regulated by Napa County.”

Every dollar donated will help fund our fight to protect our small family wineries and preserve the rights of every other winery in the Napa Valley. Please stand up for our constitutional rights.
