With heavy hearts, we share that Officer Alphonso Chester, a dedicated member of the Greensboro Police Department since 2011, has been diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer. In addition to his service with the police department, Officer Chester has devoted over 30 years to the Greene County School District, impacting countless lives with his commitment to public service.

As he faces this difficult battle, Officer Chester will be taking time off from work to undergo treatment. We are launching this GoFundMe to help ease the financial burden of his medical expenses and provide support to him and his family during this challenging time.
