Stand with Paul Guzman and Family

We didnt think we'd ever get to this place, but here we are.

Pablo Guzman, Father, Husband, brother, nephew, educator, motivator, veteran, 911 first responder, Leiutenant EMT for FDNY, is now in need of your love and support.

In December 2021, Paul was diagnosed with an unknown and aggressive lung cancer. He is bravely fighting as much as he can. As we pray for a miracle we also know that medical and funeral/cemetary support will be needed. As well as support for his long time wife, Diana Guzman, who, along with his son, Jonathan Paul Guzman, has been a beacon of strength and is now facing an unknown future.

Paul understood his priorities. He always put God first, then family, then friends, then everyone he came in contact with. He was determined to be both, a spiritual, and civil servant.

Upholding the FDNY/EMS Mission, which is conserve life, alleviate suffering, promote health, do no harm, and encourage the quality and equal availability of emergency medical care, as a personal mission.

Paul served proudly with the 42d Infantry Division as a Sergeant in the United States Army National Guard for the state of New York.

Paul also worked tirelessly with the Royal Rangers. An activity-based, church ministry for boys and young men grades K-12 which is part of The Assemblies of God programs.

Working with North Jersey Spanish Eastern District Royal Rangers, he lived and breathed their mission to evangelize, equip, and empower the next generation of Christlike men and lifelong servant leaders.

He enjoyed playing the trumpet in the church orchestra and singing in the choir.

We're so grateful God has loaned us this incredible man. Many who know Paul and cannot be near have asked how they can offer support.

We've used this platform to open our family door to provide an update on the seriousness of his illness and an avenue you can heartfully support.
