Stand with Phyllis in Her Time of Need

Thank you for taking time to read my plea. My name is Kimberly Whetstine and I am trying to raise money for a very dear friend of mine who has fallen on desperate times. I have had the blessing of knowing Phyllis Leviner since she was born. We grew up together, went to college together, and are still the best of friends. Approximately 2 years ago, Phyllis's mom passed away. Although Phyllis was devastated, she continued to work and cope. Shortly thereafter, her car broke down on her. Because of her car being undrivable, she had to use up her sick days at work. Then, even though she had vacation days left, she was fired because she could not make it to work. They told her that because she didn't give them notice that she wanted to use her vacation days, she could not. Unfortunately, she worked for a non-profit organization, so she could not draw unemployment. Unreal, right? Since that time, she has had a huge battle. She looked for jobs for months, but because she has arthritis in her hands and feet, she could no longer work on a job that requires a long time standing. As the months went by, my family helped her get her car fixed; however, shortly thereafter the car was repossessed. Now, she has no job and no way to get to a job. Since losing her car, her power and water have been turned off and she has about 60 more days before they will repossess her home. Phyllis is a good, Christian woman and she needs help. Unfortunately, my family cannot help much more. I am pleading with anyone who sees thus GoFundMe to donate a little. Even $5 would help. If everyone I know gave that little, we could get Phyllis back on her feet again.
