Stand with Rene's Family During Hard Times
Donation protected
Rene Bueno, age 45, passed away on Monday, May 20th, 2024, in San Antonio, with his wife by his side. He was born and raised in San Antonio and proud of it. Rene proudly served his country in the United States Air Force as a B-52 Crew Chief and deployed several times in various locations and positions in support of numerous operations. After his military service, Rene continued to proudly serve his country as a T-38 Crew Chief at Randolph AFB. In December 2021, Rene was diagnosed with glioblastoma brain cancer that was determined to be service connected as a result of burn pit exposure during his military deployments.
Rene was a devoted family man, and would do anything and everything for his wife and four children. He was a friend and brother to all who knew him. He was the one who gathered and brought people together through good times and bad.
At this time Rene’s family needs our help. With bills pouring in and the cost of funerial services, their family funds are quickly dwindling. Rene was the primary wage earner for his family. As the cancer quickly took control of their lives, Rene was forced to medically retire and his wife had to quit her job to become his caregiver. Needless to say, they quickly burned through their savings. We, his friends and fellow veterans, are asking that you please donate to Rene's wife and four children. They could use our help to cover expenses, pay bills, and get back on their feet.
Thank you
