January 20, 2025 Shirley Jean Howard tragically lost her life and her son Amir was left in critical condition as a result of ice on West Florissant in North St Louis that had not been cleared-. Ice was pushed onto the curb. Shirley was walking in the street because of the icy sidewalk when a motorist struck and killed her and Injured Amir

Her family is grieving

Funds are needed for her funeral , for medical expenses for Amir and funds to raise her other child 5 year old son who was home at the time of the tragedy
