Stand with Terrance and Sam

Heeey! My name is Stephanie W. Moorer and I’m trying to help my sister and brother-in-law during their time of need.

Last summer, Samantha and Terrance received devastating news that no one wants to hear when Terrance was diagnosed with STAGE 4 Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma High-Grade B Cell. He fought tirelessly to beat the fast-growing cancer and in December 2023, he won that battle and rang the victory bell of being in remission.

Life in remission was going smoothly until last week when he started to not feel well. His wife, a veteran Emergency Room Nurse, took immediate action and got him to Sacred Heart Hospital in Miramar Beach, FL, where he was quickly admitted. His care team there ran all the proper tests, and it was evident something more severe, out of their scope of care, was happening. Terrance was immediately transferred to UAB Hospital in Birmingham, AL.

Upon further testing at UAB, he learned that the cancer had aggressively returned, and the therapy he needs costs literally a million dollars, or at the very least hundreds of thousands of dollars (USD) with shared insurance costs.

Unfortunately, life and bills do not stop, and finances should never be a burden at a time like this. His strong, loving, and supportive wife is right by his side, however, her selfless sacrifice come with the personal cost of incurring an unexpected loss of income over an undetermined period. Donations to assist with medical expenses, living costs, and monthly bills would be greatly appreciated to help this dedicated couple.
