Stand with the Cosme Family in Their Time of Need

Hi, we are the family of Mildred Cosme and wanted to reach out and let you all know we are fundraising to help support the Cosme family with sudden and trying financial expenses regarding Mildred’s health.

Our beloved Mildred Cosme, a vibrant wife, mother, sister, favorite titi, and friend, is facing unimaginable challenges. Diagnosed with liver cancer a few years ago, Mildred (54) has bravely fought the disease with countless treatments. Unfortunately, a transplant is no longer an option due to the cancer's spread. Recently, Mildred's health has rapidly declined, leading to hospitalization with liver failure and placement in hospice care. Our hearts ache with fear, anxiety, and overwhelming sadness. This comes on top of losing two other family members within the past five months.

Mildred wasn't just a wife, mother, and friend; she was the heart of our family. Her infectious laughter filled our home, and her unwavering support made us all feel invincible. Jasmine remembers her mom's relentless demeanor, her unconditional love for her family and the people she encountered. Manny will forever cherish her endless support and how she always laughed at his silly jokes. Analyse feels lost without her mom's calming voice and encouraging advice as she navigates young adulthood. Angel, her devoted husband of 38 years, faces a future unimaginable without his soulmate by his side. Her family all unanimously agree that Mildred is their anchor, their rock, and the biggest cheerleader supporter they have.

The pain of losing a loved one is now being magnified by the financial burden of funeral expenses, a loss of an income, household bills, and medical co-payments. Mildred's primary caregivers, forced to take leave from work, face growing financial strain. With that, expenses only pile up at a time where we as a family would just like to focus on the time we have left with Mildred and not the overwhelming financial pressures.

With open hearts we humbly ask for you support. It will help us alleviate financial burdens and allow us to focus on what truly matters – cherishing the time we have left with Mildred.
