Stand with the Walsh Family in Tough Times

Hi, I am helping to raise funds for the Walsh family during a very difficult time. Shawn is my brother in law. He is married to my husband’s sister - Mary. He is the father to the 3. Shawn has had his fair share of medical conditions over the years, but what is going on now, is the most tragic and scary thing yet. What started out as a bad headache quickly turned into an ER visit where Shawn was found to have a subarachnoid hemorrhage in his brain. He continues to have bleeding and swelling in and around the brain. He was admitted to the Neuro ICU at Froedtert Hospital. He is under the care of a great team of doctors that the whole family has put their trust in. However, his condition is critical and the outcome is unknown at this point. He is on a breathing machine and has a drain placed into his brain which is draining the fluid that continues to fill and is causing swelling. He is currently sedated. He has a long road ahead of him including an anticipated 20+ day stay in the hospital.

The financial burden this will cause the family is heavy and something that I hope can be somewhat alleviated by the generosity of others, so that Mary can focus her time and attention on her husband. Which will require her to miss a lot of work. Please consider donating to this family and prayers are so appreciated.
