Stand with Tim and Janice Against Property Injustice
This campaign began as a spur of the moment idea. The folks that have given to us are family. They are burdened themselves, yet now rise to my voice. My name is Tim. My wife and I have lived on what became a hobby farm and to have something to leave to our children. Not a joke, a plan. The gardens will be for future generations to have their hands in the same soil their Nonni created with God. We raise our own food (mostly) and remain on our own here in Garland for 14 years. 34 years in NH and 4 years in Massachusetts. We buy grain for our critters and hay each year. That chews up a nice piece of retirement. With that said, our property, that has been the same for 52 years. Issues have arisen, The process is complicated (shouldn't be, but is) and is well underway. Our attorneys are awesome, we have been blessed by such competent help. This position is new for us, WE HELP, WE DONT ASK FOR HELP. have never asked for anything and aren't sure if we should ask now. Living on retirement isn't the same as working extra shifts for sure. Disability retirement doesn't pay like real job. I got my disability working at the State Prison as a sergeant after 16 years of State and County service. Married 50 years in September, and we aren't looking forward to all the added stress of being weighed down with unnecessary debt of this caliber, this late in life. We remain faithful, we remain charitable and giving of what we have.
Help right now, with this, will mean everything. After legal bills any extra will be paid forward to someone or a family that is in need.
Help would be appreciated. May the Good Lord be with you. Thank you for reading
