Stand with Us: Blayke & Braxton's Healing

On Wednesday April 9th two of my brothers were involved in a very serious accident. Blayke is in critical condition at Hennepin County Medical Center. He has undergone multiple surgeries thus far & will have an extremely LONG road ahead of him. He suffered a severe brain injury, spinal cord injury, as well as many broken bones.

Braxton suffered a ruptured eye, laceration to the face, & a torn ACL. He underwent eye repair surgery yesterday. He is currently at Hennepin County Medical Center as well.

Having two children involved in an accident of this severity has been a nightmare for my family. We are doing our best to make sure Blayke & Braxton are receiving the best medical care possible. We are also doing our best to make sure that Beaudyn (youngest) is getting the support & care that he needs.

Our outcome is unknown at this point, but for the foreseeable future my family will be spending the majority of our time at the hospital making sure that Blayke has the medical care that he needs.

Costs of food, medical bills, transportation & just day to day bills are something I do not want my parents to worry about.
