We are reaching out with deep gratitude—and a sincere request for support.

This past weekend, we hosted Root to Rise—a gathering created to raise funds for the Kalpulli Texas Quetzalcoatl community and to continue the work of Solarpunk Summit. It was a breathtaking event: a circle of prayers woven under an open sky, a hawk soaring overhead, and a community coming together in deep reverence.

Yet despite the beauty of the day, we fell short of our fundraising goals. Not only were we unable to raise what we hoped for the Kalpulli community, but we also did not cover our event costs. We currently have a shortfall of $5,171. Personally, I have contributed $2,112 to cover part of this deficit. We are now seeking to raise the remaining $3,625.75 to meet our outstanding commitments with integrity and care.
