Stand with Van Le: Overcoming Cancer Together

Donation protected
Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,

With a heavy heart, I’m writing to share the devastating news that my youngest brother Van Le has been diagnosed with stage 3 gallbladder cancer — an aggressive and rare form of cancer that has shaken our entire family to the core.

He is more than just a brother. People who know him know he’s a devoted husband to his loving wife Nickie and the proud father of a beautiful young daughter named Ivie. They are his entire world. Every day, even through the pain and exhaustion of treatment, he worries not about himself, but about them — about leaving behind the two people he loves most, and the weight of financial burdens they may face if the worst should happen.

He has always been the strong one in our family — the steady, quiet source of love and support who shows up for everyone else. Now, he’s in the biggest fight of his life, and he needs us more than ever.

The cost of battling cancer is staggering. Since his diagnosis, he’s faced unimaginable pain, uncertainty, and exhaustion both physically and emotionally. Treatment is underway, but it’s an uphill battle. Between chemotherapy, specialist visits, travel to appointments, medications, and time off work, the medical bills are mounting faster than we can manage. On top of this, our family is doing everything we can to support him emotionally, physically, and financially, but we can’t do it alone.

If you’ve ever met my brother Van, you know he’s the kind of person who lights up a room with his smile, who works hard without complaint, and who loves with his whole heart. He dreams of watching his daughter grow up, of growing old with his wife, of living a long, simple life surrounded by the family he adores.

We are asking for help from our community, friends, and anyone who feels moved to stand with us during this incredibly difficult chapter. Any amount you can give — whether it’s $5, $50, or simply sharing this with your network — will go directly toward my brother Van Le’s treatment, recovery, and care.

No one is ever ready for this kind of diagnosis. But we believe in miracles. We believe in the strength of community. And most of all, we believe in Van.

Thank you for your prayers, your kindness, and your generosity.

With deep gratitude,
