Stand with Vannesa's Family for Justice

Hi, My name is Vannesa and I am raising funds to help my husband with a legal battle he has been in with his job over the past 3 years. I can't go into too much detail because of what phase the legal battle is in.

However, I can tell you that my husband has been at this government agency for 25 years and is a veteran of The United States Marines. He has been discriminated against because of his age, ethnicity (national origin), and advertently his marriage and association with me.

I am a native American from the Federally recognized tribe (Tohono O'odham). Throughout these past 3 years, they derailed his career and slandered his name. They even made him drive for 5 hours 5 days a week during his cancer treatment with no regard for what he was going through.

This has been a horrible experience and put us in such a bad place as a family, physically, and psychologically, and ruined us financially.

We have exhausted all our resources and for us to continue with the process we need funding to pay our legal expenses.

The government has unlimited resources.

Unfortunately, we have exhausted all of ours.

Our legal counsel has consistently asked for additional funds throughout the process.

We understand that our counsel is asking for additional funds because they have a business to run and for them to continue working for us they need to get paid.

We want to put this behind us and move forward with our lives.

We have been stuck in this never-ending predicament for too long with no resolution.

The only people who are mostly being affected by this are our children.

We would appreciate any help you could give us to put this chapter behind us and be able to move forward.

We would be extremely grateful if someone would be willing to provide us with legal representation pro bono.

If a miracle like that would occur, our prayers would be answered.
