Stand with Women in Afghanistan

Donation protected
Since the Taliban's return to power in August 2021, Afghan women have faced severe restrictions, including a devastating ban on their education. In immediate response, Association Pierre Claver launched Ramzya program, offering a vital lifeline to female students who have been cut off from their dreams, and since then from every aspect of public life.

Ramzya provides online education, internet credits, and digital equipment to hundreds of women in Afghanistan, enabling them to continue learning and connecting with the world despite the oppressive conditions. The program also offers academic assistance, helping these brave young women pursue higher education in neighbouring countries or find online job opportunities.

In a time of cruel gender apartheid, Ramzya is a beacon of hope. But we need your help to keep this lifeline strong.

Your contribution will ensure that young women in Afghanistan can continue their education, break the chains of oppression, and build a better future. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference.

How we use your donation

1) $20 buys a power bank, allowing a student to attend class even during frequent power cuts.
2) $25 pays a student’s internet connection for a month, keeping her connected to her classes and the wider world.
3) $50 pays a student’s English language tuition with a qualified teacher for a month.
4) $280 buys a new phone for a student in need.
