Our co-worker Susan Wilson, Owls Head Town Clerk, has been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer.  Susan’s only pray to God is that she live long enough to raise her granddaughters Kassidy and Lily.  Kassidy is doing very well on her own, thriving when taking on the new tasks of adulthood, Lily finally moved home with her mom recently and it looked like Susan’s prays were answered. Unfortunately, on Oct 26, 2021  Susan’s daughter Shelly passed away due to complications from asthma.  Susan now has the daunting task of planning two funerals, her own and now Shelly’s.  She is too proud of women to ask for help, we all know she has a stubborn streak, but we would like to lessen the financial burden that she is now facing.  Any donations would be greatly appreciated. All money above the funeral cost will go towards helping raise her 13-year-old granddaughter Lily. It should be noted that Susan has worked for many years as a Municipal Officer, 13 years for the Town of Owls Head.
