Stanyer family fundraiser

My name is Jacob. 

Jackson Stanyer has been my best friend for almost my entire life. We went to school together, played sports together…pretty much everything best friends do during childhood and youth. I consider Jackson my brother and I am devastated with what has happened. Jackson and Kurtis were involved in a car accident while riding a motorbike in the early morning hours of August 14th, 2022.

These two young men are currently in ICU in Victoria and will remain there until their severe injuries change for the better. There are many unknowns at this time. As you can imagine the family and all of us friends of Jackson and Kurtis have had our lives turned upside down. No one can ever be prepared to care for a loved one with such extensive injuries for any period of time let alone possibly months, years or a lifetime.

The Stanyer family has had to put their lives on hold to be with Jackson in the ICU and will continue to do so for as long as it takes.

Jackson has not woken up since the accident, he is currently in a medical induced coma. He has already undergone multiple surgeries to fix his multiple broken bones in his body, heart surgery and is scheduled for more surgeries almost daily to help repair the damage done to his young body. Jackson will remain in a coma until the swelling in his brain subsides enough for the medical staff to determine the extent of the damage. Jacksons life and the lives of his family will never be the same again! Please find it in your heart to donate whatever you can, even $10 will help through this tragic time.

All funds raised will go directly to Jackson to help with this immense cost of this event.
