Friends.....we have temporarily closed our restaurants for a minimum of the next three weeks. This was perhaps the most difficult of decisions we’ve had to make, yet the socially responsible one.

During times of strife and uncertainty we are impressed & reminded how fortunate we are to have such an amazing group of people on our teams. They are thoughtful, compassionate, empathetic, articulate, wicked smart, fun & full of life. We will get back to it just as soon as it’s safe & possible. Although we have been quickly trying to provide what we are able to help our restaurant family navigate this challenging time, we are also asking for your help. We are reaching out to our community and beyond, those who we see in the dining room and those who work alongside us behind the scenes. To the dumpling lovers, duck devourers and covey members, we are asking for your help in aiding us to ensure our team's security during these challenging weeks. 

Your investment in them is an investment in the future of our restaurants, we are nothing without our team! They are eager to get back in the building to lift trays, glide on carts, create (caviar) clouds, and sip some wine with you!
