Staten Island - Let's Raise Funds for the Medical Teams Working the Front Lines for US!!!
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed our lives practically overnight. With a shelter-at-home order in place, many of us are stuck at home unable to do anything to help the current situation. But THIS is how we can!
Doctors, Nurses and hospital staff members are working hard on the front lines to treat and care for those in our community which are sufferring from the virus. They are working tirelessly, around the clock, to save lives. They are putting their own lives on the line for our benefit and for the future of this country! And most likely, they have had to separate from their families or may not have anywhere to quarantine and could possibly put their families at risk also when they come home.
All this, and they don't even have the proper equipment to protect themselves. There is a shortage of proper protective equipment and we want to help. Help us raise funds so we can purchase as much equipment possible! We would also like to support local businesses and purchase food to deliver to our local hospitals so these medical teams can get a quick break and some food to nourish themselves before returning back to the front lines. ❤️
