Stawley Village Shop & Tea Room

Hello!

To ensure the continuity of the facilities provided by our Village Shop & Tea Room for the benefit of our local customers and visitors, we, the Stawley Community Association (SCA) need to transition from a tenancy structured business to one that is fully community managed. Staffed by our local volunteers and supported by a business administration assistant.

The aim is very much to run the facility as a financially self-supporting business with a structure to ensure its long-term sustainability for the community, for the years ahead.

To enable the successful transition, we require a Start up Fund, this to provide for key items including, stock purchase and the initial facility standing costs.

The GoFundMe option provides an easy online solution and supplements our other fundraising channels.

We hope you can help with our funding request, with a clear aim to complete this transition during the Autumn.
