Stay Strong Super Mom ❤️

This year marks NINE years of our Mother’s Day initiative at The Hospital for Sick Children.

Nine years ago, Stay Strong Super Mom was thought up, with one simple goal - for the moms on the Hematology/Oncology unit at The Hospital for Sick Children to be reminded that they are being thought of always. By reaching out to friends and family, we raised money and collected donations to create 60 care packages to be delivered on Mother's Day.

The initiative was so successful, we decided that it needed to be an annual initiative - and so our Mother's Day goal continued. We adapted through COVID, and our care packages turned to Tim Horton’s gift cards.

In 2022, Sick Kids asked if we could reach every single parent on both Mother’s and Father’s Day. With the support of incredible friends, family, and the greater community, we were successful in doing so ❤️ In our ninth year, we have the same goal.

ALL money collected will go towards our goal.

The saying is true - it takes a village. Year after year we are shown that when all of our villages come together, amazing things happen ❤️
