St. Cloud State Men's Track and XC

On March 2nd, it was announced to the entire SCSU Student-Athlete population that several teams were going to be cut from the University Athletics department. With no warning, and the coaches only finding out approximately 15 minutes before the athletes, The Men's Track and Field program was one of the programs selected to be cut. 72 Hours prior to the announcement, the Men's Track Team placed 3rd (behind 2nd by 4 points) with 4 Conference Championships, 9 All-Conference Recognitions, Several National Qualifying Marks throughout the roster and is sending one athelte to the NCAA DII Indoor Championships. This was all done with 22 athletes. It is clear how successful this program is and what the program is capable of doing all the way up to the national level. To cut this program just doesn't make sense. Please help us bring back the program
