Stefanie Cronin Memorial Fund

On January 25th,  2021, we lost our dear friend & colleague Stefanie Ann Cronin.  

Stefanie was filled with positivity and had a hunger to live life to the fullest each day.  She had a tremendous amount of faith, and often shared with friends how blessed she felt for everything in her life.  In early 2020, Stefanie was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer (a PEComa), yet she never wavered from having a grateful heart and valuing each day she was given on this earth.



Stefanie shared an incredible bond with her mother Beverly.  After the loss of her only sibling, her brother Christopher, Stefanie decided to relocate them both (and her pup Teddy) to Hawaii, where they shared many trials and adventures.  Earlier this year, Stefanie shared this tribute to her mother:

I don’t even know how to sum up what you mean to me and my late brother, whom we miss daily.

You’ve been the rock for our entire family through loss, trials and tribulations yet always have gratitude and a bliss for life. You’d think a 30-year marriage ending would mean tragedy but instead you found bliss, adventure, happiness; not to mention a new life in Hawaii, even a road trip cross-country where we encountered a tornado, getting stranded in a corn-field in Nebraska with 2 dogs, a surfboard among other things.

So blessed to call you mama and my adventure buddy. I truly hope to someday be the mama you are (through adoption) and instill integrity, love, ambition, and a sense of wonder in my children.

Thanks Mama for my love of speed (you raced cars in your 20’s) & surfing ( you were obsessed at my age ), my sense of wanderlust (you kissed the ground the first time you landed in Hawaii at age 25 and even have Anthony Bourdain as your past crush..I mean, who doesn’t love a bad-ass, handsome chef?), my love of good classic rock (beach trips as a kid in your Camaro while playing Van Halen on the Garden State Parkway), my will to always work hard & do the right thing, my heart’s ability to love deeply, and most of all, my gratitude for everything that I’ve had, do have and will have in this lifetime.

I attribute it all to you. Thank you. ❤️




 
Stefanie was the only caretaker for her mother, and before she passed, expressed that she wanted to make sure that Beverly was cared for.




In honor of her dying wish, we are raising money for this beautiful mother, who is experiencing the loss of her second child.

All funds will be transferred directly to Beverly, to assist with funeral, memorial and relocation expenses,  so that she can return to the East Coast to be with family during this difficult time, and to care for Stefanie's dog, Teddy.
